Store (B2C) delivery

We deliver to the regions shown at checkout. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the product. You will receive tracking details where available once your order is dispatched.

Shipping charges

Delivery charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on order value, weight and destination. Some orders may qualify for free delivery as indicated on the site.

Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control, but we will help you track and resolve any issue.

B2B & export shipments

For bulk and international orders arranged through enquiries or RFQs, shipping terms — including Incoterms, freight, documentation, customs clearance and timelines — are agreed directly between the buyer and the Supplier. Organic Global Trade facilitates the connection but does not itself arrange or guarantee such shipments.
